If you wish to return an item for any reason within 14 days of purchase, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us at orders@shuberandkrol.co.uk with your order number.
- We will then create a UPS return label and email it to you.
- Print the pre-paid label and please contact UPS to collect the parcel at convenient time to you or take the parcel to a local UPS drop off point.
Returns outside of the 14-day period may be accepted only at our discretion but will only be refunded as credit in the form of a promotion code that will be redeemable online only.All goods are to be returned unused, in their original packaging with all labels and garment tags still attached, hanger & suit cover. Any garments returned in an unsellable state will be returned to the customer and the refund will not be processed. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.
