KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION

We do need to maintain your information for a certain period to provide customer support, purchase history, prevention of fraud and analytics.
We will maintain these records for the following times scales:

 Email Sign Ups where no purchase has been made – 2 Years
 Purchases – We will maintain order information for 7 years since last purchase. This will be anonymised after 5 years.
 All calls into the 02073718687 Customer Service Desk will be recorded and automatically deleted after 6 months or manually upon request under the right to be forgotten

In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.
