Do I need to make an appointment?

It is necessary to make an appointment when visiting us to ensure a clothier is available to help you.

How long does it take to have my suit made?

From placing your order the suit should take no longer than 6-8 weeks.

How much does it cost to have my suit made?

A Shuber & Krol made to measure suit costs anything from £1000 depending on the cloth choice.

Do you offer an alteration service?

Yes, we offer a high-end in house alteration service on the garments that we have made.

Does the price include the fitting process?

Yes, the price includes all fitting and alterations (S&K suits only)

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We would require a 50% deposit at the time of order with the balance due on delivery and satisfaction.

When are you open?

We are open Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Saturdays 10:00am to 4:00pm

Do you offer discounts to wedding parties?

Yes we do, please get in touch directly for available offers

Is my suit guaranteed to fit?

All S&K suits are fit guarantee, but some slight adjustments are always necessary to have the perfect fit to your silhouette.

Does it help if I bring along a picture of a suit style that I like or a certain detail that I’d like to add?

Feel free to come with any ideas or pictures as it helps us understand your requirements, but we would rather build your suit with you without having to copy any other design or style, this makes your suit special and unique.

It is helpful if you bring a suit or jacket that you like the fit of, it helps us to point out the differences to a S&K suit.

Can I provide my own cloth?

Please feel free to purchase your cloth elsewhere, but ensure to bring the technical specifications of your cloth and from where purchased so that we can advise on durability…etc.

How often to I dry-clean my suit?

Try to refrain from dry cleaning your suit as much as you can, as the chemicals take the life out the fabric, please ask your tailor to dry clean it if necessary.

I am already a customer and want another suit, do I need to get measured?

Although we have your pattern saved in our workroom, a good tailor always asks his clients to get re-measures to avoid any inconveniences, so yes it is necessary to get re-measured every-time.
